Getting an account
First you apply for an account by visiting the 'sign up'-page and following the instructions. You will receive your login data by Email (Username & Password). With these login data, you can visit the 'Login'-page , and enter the myaccount area. There you can see our Ratelists, download your invoices and CDR's and make prepayments.

We offer broadband telephone service using VOIP (Voice over IP protocol) technology. You can make phone calls to any country from any personal computer or phone adapter (ATA or Analog Telephone Adapter). You can use any SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), or a "softphone" - a program which turns your personal computer into a powerful VOIP client. Xten offers a very good SIP client X-Lite for free. The service is free! You pay only for the calls you make, no recurring membership fees, unless you order additional services from us like a real phone number (also known as "Direct Inward Dialing" or DID) to receive a calls from public telephone network.
