Why does the simulator show more than one result with different rates?

The server automatically selects the least cost route to reach the number you
dialed. But if this route is not currently available (which is very unlikely),
then the next route will be chosen. We do the best to complete your call using
the least cost route. top

I made a call, the call was not answered, but my account was charged for the call,
how come? .
Our server got "answer" signal from the remote end, that's why you were
charged (and
we were charged by call termination vendor too). We are not responsible for
remote end equipment malfunction and do not refund charges for failed calls. top

Why do I have one way audio in my calls ?.
If you can hear but the other party can't hear you, or vice versa, this is usually
related to your broadband router configuration. Sometimes you have to open
the SIP ports in the router and forward to your device.
Divafone uses the
standard UDP ports : 5060 for SIP signaling and the range from 16384 to 16482
for audio (Linksys ATA Hardware). Refer to your broadband router manual to
set it up. top

I can't hear correctly, the voice sound crippled !.
Be sure there is not another computer, program or device using your bandwidth.
Programs like Bit torrent, emule or any other P2P software are known for doing
it while keeping nearly hidden in the task bar. The
bandwidth is a shared resource among all the computers in the connection. top

Every number I dial, I get a busy signal.
You must dial 00 then country code, area code and number. For example for
calls to United Kingdom: 00 44 12345678 top

Different
SIP clients (hardware SIP phones, ATAs and software ones) have different configuration
screens, but all have a common set of configuration parameters. In the table
below, username and password are your 8-digit long login name and 10-digit
long password you received in the sign-up confirmation e-mail. top

To verify that your PAP2 has a valid IP address.
Connect the unit to your network via the RJ45 port behind the unit. Power up the unit.
Plug in a telephone in the RJ11 port 1 behind the unit (any one will do) Be prepared with pen and paper, and proceed with the following:
1. Pick up phone connected to “Phone 1” port of the PAP2, dial **** . You will hear “Linksys configuration menu.”
2. Press the keys 110# on your analog phone. The system will then read back the IP address of your PAP2.
Please write this down.
Prepare your device to work with the Divafone network:
A. Open your configuration page. To do so, type the following into your web browser:
http://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd/admin/advanced where “aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd” represents the IP address of your PAP2.
B. On the configuration page click on “Admin Login” and then “switch to advanced view”
C. Click on the “Line 1” tab link. You will see a configuration as pictured in the screen shot below. top
