You can make phone calls to any country from any personal computer or phone adapter (ATA or Analog Telephone Adapter). You can use any SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), or a "softphone" - a program which turns your personal computer into a powerful VOIP client. Xten offers a very good SIP client X-Lite for free. The service is free! You pay only for the calls you make, no recurring membership fees, unless you order additional services from us like a real phone number (also known as "Direct Inward Dialing" or DID) to receive a calls from public telephone network.
